Apple Watch complications not working with Premium subscription

Hi!

First of all, I absolutely love your app! The beautiful hand-drawn weather icons and minimalist black-and-white design are fantastic.

I recently purchased a monthly Premium subscription to try out all the features.

Unfortunately, none of the Apple Watch complications work correctly. They all display a lock icon instead of weather information.

Here’s what I’ve checked:

  • Premium features and widgets work perfectly on my iPhone 17.

  • The weather app itself works correctly on my Apple Watch Ultra 3.

  • I’ve already reinstalled the Apple Watch app, but the issue persists.

  • I couldn’t find the “Sync Now” option mentioned in your troubleshooting instructions.

Could you please look into this? I’d really love to keep using your app and switch to the annual subscription if everything works properly.

    Thank you so much for your kind words and for supporting the app with a Premium subscription! I’m really glad you like the minimalist design and hand-drawn icons.

    Regarding the lock icon on your Apple Watch complications, you can easily activate and sync them directly on your watch:

    1. Open the app on your Apple Watch.

    2. Turn the Digital Crown to scroll to the Settings screen.

    3. Select Widget Settings to refresh and complete the unlock process.

    This should restore your watch complications right away.
