I have a iPhone 17e running the latest iOS and have given all permissions but it never moves past set up. I have even tried a different city. Can you help?
Still awaiting help here. Disappointing I paid for this app and the features are not working.

Two screenshots are attached showing the correct Widget location settings inside the app. Please check if the current setup matches these:
If the settings match the screenshots completely and the widget remains stuck on "Setup", please share a screenshot of the current screen. This will help pinpoint the exact cause and resolve it right away.

I have tried everything on your first post but can’t get the widgets to work at all and that is ones of the reasons I got premium. Can someone help??

I’ve attached two screenshots showing the Location settings inside the app. Could you check if your setup matches these screens?
In the Widget Location tab, make sure a location is selected (or set to Current Location).
Ensure the location toggle is turned ON so it displays properly on your widget.
If your settings match these and it's still stuck on "Setup", please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing in the app so I can investigate further!

It will never get past the setup phase and I have tried switching locations. Latest is Rockwall, Texas. Just tried the tips you suggested and BTW I have your app as always under location services (just like I had with the weather channel).

Thanks for reaching out! To help us figure out what's holding up the setup process, could you send us a screenshot of the exact screen where it gets stuck?
In the meantime, a couple of quick things to try:
Restart the app completely (force close and reopen).
Toggle Location Services off and back on for the app under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Once we see where it's stalling, we'll dive right in and get this sorted out for you!
